Chloé to launch first skincare collection

Known for their elegant clothing, signature scents and padlock bags, French fashion house Chloé is now set to launch its first skincare range.

Inspired by floral fragrances, the Crème de la Rose skincare collection comprises four products: a water lotion, a serum, a cream moisturiser and an oil.

Jean Mortier, president of beauty product manufacturing company Coty Prestige, said the company’s aim was to impart radiance with their “well-researched skincare line”, which includes rose centifolia – a key ingredient known for promoting a healthy glow and shine.

However, although the beauty products will only be released in Japan in the spring, it is expected the range will expand into other Asian countries towards the end of 2013. Despite the fact a date hasn’t been given for Crème de la Rose’s entrance into Britain, Chloé and beauty patrons could either take an impromptu trip across the globe, or just wait in high anticipation.
