Style file: Suki Waterhouse
She may have split from Bradley Cooper a mere month ago but Suki Waterhouse has a lot to smile about. Not only has her modelling career progressed rapidly (being the face of Burberry says enough) but Suki has taken on acting in the newly released Insurgent, photography and fashion design. With all of this, and counting Kendall Jenner, Cara Delevingne and Gigi Hadid in her celebrity circle, it’s no wonder Suki’s style is the talk of the town. We’ve picked out our favourite looks, old and new, that show Suki always gets it right.
Suki shows us that Brits do festival fashion best with this ensemble she wore to Glastonbury. Usually a fashion faux-pas, here clashing prints and colours create a cool, effortless vibe. This Wildfox Couture jumper was teamed with black denim shorts displaying her long legs, adding retro shades to fully embrace BST.
When we stumbled across Suki in this combo at the screening for Pusher we were in awe. Leather trousers can be difficult to pull off but by keeping the top half looking fresh with her tweed jacket and feminine with a floral crop, we think Suki achieves a playful outfit.
The Met Gala is renowned for its guests’ fabulous frocks and in 2014 Suki did no less. This blush pink Burberry gown oozes fairy-tale glamour, plus the ruffled tiers make it striking from all angles. Suki’s deep berry lips add to this and give the look ‘50s flair.
Suki proves there’s no better way to show you’re over a break-up than with a plunging neckline. Her daring choice for the Dior 2015 Mid-Winter Gala last month was both sultry and stylish. We love the contrast in textures and Suki’s smooth locks really complete its elegance.
