The Food Interviews Series: Chef James Lowe of Lyle’s

It’s been a brilliant year for head chef James Lowe, with a Michelin star, an award from GQ and a spot in the top 100 of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list all arriving in the last nine months. Introduced to many as a member of the Young Turks, cooking with Isaac McHale of the Clove Club, Lowe is a fan of creative collectives – though it was his inventive cooking that earnt Lyle’s an impressive reputation. Many now eagerly await the restaurant’s brilliant collaboration series known as the Guest Series.
