Three of London’s most celebrated chefs, Theo Randall, Francesco Mazzei, and Jacob Kenedy (, are coming together for a special charity dinner named The Italian Job. This exclusive event, aimed at raising funds for the Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity), will take place for one evening only on Wednesday, 22nd May from 6:30 pm at Theo Randall at The InterContinental.

Each chef will contribute to a four-course menu that promises to take guests on a gastronomic journey across Italy, with dishes that highlight the chefs’ signature styles and the season’s best produce. The event begins with Randall’s antipasti, bruschetta, focaccia, and an Insalata di Granchio, a Devon crab salad with shaved fennel, radicchio, dandelion and Sicilian lemon mayonnaise. Mazzei will then introduce a taste of Calabria with his Brown Butter Tortelli, prepared withwith nduja, burrata, broad beans and peas, followed by a Tuscan main course for sharing from Kenedy, comprising Tagliata of British Rare Breed Beef, white beans all’uccelletto and potatoes braised with cavolo nero. The dinner will conclude with Randall’s Torta Sacripantina, a traditional Genovese dessert, comprising maraschino cherries, zabaglione cream and dark chocolate sorbet.

In addition to the exquisite dining experience, guests will be treated to a selection of regional Italian wines, perfectly paired with each course. The evening will also feature a grand charity auction, offering prizes such as a one-night stay at the InterContinental London Park Lane, cooking masterclasses with the chefs, and dinner vouchers for the chefs’ restaurants. All proceeds from the dinner and auction will go to GOSH Charity, supporting their vital work with seriously ill children across the UK.

Priced at £150 per person, the ticket includes the four-course meal, matched wines, and a welcome drink, with all profits donated to the charity.
