Hampton Manor unveils discounted Sunday stays and new menu at Kynd restaurant

Hampton Manor, a food-focused country estate in the West Midlands, is introducing discounted Sunday night stays and a new menu at its recently opened restaurant, Kynd, starting from 22nd June. The initiative aims to encourage guests to extend their weekends and counteract the traditional Sunday blues by taking advantage of lower room rates (starting at £140) and a special dining experience.
Rooms at Hampton Manor feature William Morris prints, distinctive design elements, garden views and marble bathrooms. Alongside accommodation, visitors can book a table at Kynd for a three-course Sunday dinner priced from £55 per person. The menu, described by the venue as “produce-led” with a focus on seasonal ingredients and sustainability, highlights ingredients sourced from the estate’s own walled garden. Starters include dishes such as Cornish Crab with Pickled Fennel, while mains feature a choice of meat, vegetarian or fish options, including Côté de Boeuf accompanied by sides such as Pommes Anna. The meal concludes with a seasonal dessert, for example, a Tipsy Cake soaked in organic Welsh rum. Diners have the option to eat al fresco in the estate’s glasshouse or terrace within the walled garden, or to dine indoors in the converted furnace house.
A spokesperson for Hampton Manor said the initiative is intended to help guests “truly make the most of the weekend”, adding that the new menu and room rates are designed to offer a more relaxed and accessible experience for visitors on Sunday evenings.
