Honest Burgers has partnered with Gloucestershire-based sauce producer Tubby Tom’s to launch a new limited-edition burger, the Texas BBQ Burger, available across Honest Burgers’ UK locations until 21st July. The collaboration brings together the restaurant chain and the award-winning condiment brand to offer a menu item designed to evoke the flavours of summer barbecues.

The Texas BBQ Burger is available with a choice of Classic Beef, Fried Chicken or Double Smashed. Each burger is topped with bacon, American cheese, homemade crispy onions, lettuce and pickles. The burger features two of Tubby Tom’s signature sauces: Texas Drip, described as “a classic American BBQ sauce supercharged with a hint of espresso”, and Fire Candy, “a candied jalapeño hot sauce tamed with free-range mayo”. The meal is served with homemade rosemary chips and is priced at £15.95.

Tubby Tom’s, known for its range of sauces and seasonings, has won multiple awards for its products and has developed a reputation among UK barbecue enthusiasts. Honest Burgers, which operates restaurants in several British cities, regularly introduces limited-time menu items in partnership with other food producers.

The collaboration coincides with the start of summer, a period often associated with outdoor dining and barbecue-inspired foods. These burgers aim to capture seasonal flavours and offer customers a new take on classic American barbecue.
