N25 Caviar brings summer pop-up to Tivoli Gardens with chef Tristin Farmer and Maison Dali

Copenhagen will see a new addition to its summer food scene as N25 Caviar launches a pop-up terrace at the Japanese Pagoda in Tivoli Gardens from 21st June to 12th July. The event, organised in partnership with chef Tristin Farmer and the Maison Dali team from Dubai, aims to introduce visitors to a range of caviar-focused dishes in a casual, walk-in setting. The collaboration takes place within one of the city’s most recognisable landmarks, offering both locals and tourists a chance to experience caviar in a novel environment.

The pop-up, open to all visitors to the gardens, will operate from Thursday to Sunday between 1pm and 9pm with no reservations required. According to organisers, the relaxed terrace has been outfitted with custom furnishings and will feature a dedicated N25 Caviar Bar serving caviar by the tin, champagne and a menu of snacks and drinks. The event is expected to attract both caviar enthusiasts and those curious to experience the ingredient in a more approachable context.

Farmer, who has curated the snack menu for the event, takes a modern, globally inspired approach. His menu is designed to showcase the qualities of N25’s caviar through a series of small dishes that combine Japanese techniques and Mediterranean influences. In addition to the terrace experience, Maison Dali will offer a full tasting menu for lunch and dinner in the main restaurant. Reservations are required for the tasting menu, providing an extended opportunity for diners to explore Farmer’s culinary style beyond the pop-up. The chef said, “We want guests to feel free to drop in, relax, and enjoy world-class caviar in an atmosphere that’s warm, spontaneous, and a little magical.”

N25 Caviar, which operates aquaculture facilities in China and conducts ageing and quality control in Munich, Germany, is known for its selective production process. According to company information, only 10% of its annual harvest receives the N25 label after passing rigorous visual and sensory inspections.
