Brooklyn Peltz Beckham and chef Michel Roux Jr launch culinary collaboration at Langham hotels in UK and USA

Brooklyn Peltz Beckham and chef Michel Roux Jr have partnered with Langham Hospitality Group to introduce limited-time culinary offerings at five Langham hotels across the UK and the USA. The collaboration forms part of brand’s ongoing Your Story, Our Legacy initiative, aiming to highlight cultural figures who have influenced their 160-year history. It is part of the Langham Luminaries programme, which celebrates individuals in the fields of culinary arts, wellness, design and culture. Peltz Beckham, whose interest in cooking has been widely reported, joins the campaign alongside Roux, long-time culinary adviser to The Langham. Featured dishes incorporate Cloud23, Peltz Beckham’s hot sauce label, and will be available until January 2026 at The Langham hotels in London, Pasadena, New York, Boston and Chicago.

“Cloud23 is a deeply personal passion project of mine, so having the opportunity to showcase its flavours at some of The Langham’s most iconic hotels – places that have always felt like a second home to me – has been a profound privilege,” said Peltz Beckham. “Likewise, collaborating with Michel Roux on this project has been a tremendous honour; his culinary career is one I’ve long admired.”

Among the new menu additions are a gammon, egg and chips dish at The Wigmore in the London hotel, and Carnitas Sliders at The Tap Room in the Huntington, Pasadena venue. Both are made using Cloud23’s Sweet Jalapeño sauce. Guests at all five participating hotels will also have the option to add Hot Habanero sauce to in-room dining and Club Lounge offerings.

Chef Roux commented, “The Langham’s hotels have always dedicated themselves to creating innovative dining experiences that connect with people. With his hot sauce, Brooklyn has shown how even a condiment can invigorate a dish and create an entirely new sensory experience. It’s been a genuine pleasure getting to know him and his vision, and I look forward to seeing how our guests respond to his menu additions.”

Langham Hospitality Group’s CEO, Bob Van Den Oord, described the collaboration as a reflection of the brand’s ongoing commitment to creativity and cultural storytelling: “Those traits are clearly evident in Brooklyn and Michel, who despite their markedly different experiences share a deep belief in the power of food to inspire, comfort and connect.”
