Caviar House debuts Sake & Sushi menu in Piccadilly

Caviar House have launched a new Sake & Sushi menu this September, expanding their culinary offerings beyond caviar to include traditional Japanese cuisine. The new offering will be available exclusively at the brand’s Piccadilly location, aiming to augment the luxury dining experience for which the venue is known, led by executive chef Neil Santiago.

The sushi menu includes a variety of classic dishes such as tuna, salmon and prawn sashimi, as well as nigiri and popular rolls such as a Spicy Tuna and a California. A standout item is the Chutoro Caviar Maki, which features golden Prunier Osciètre caviar, uni (sea urchin), chutoro (medium-fatty tuna) and fresh vegetables. According to the restaurant, this dish is intended to showcase a fusion of Japanese technique and French caviar expertise.

In addition to the new food offerings, Caviar House has partnered with Japan’s oldest Niigata brewery to serve Sake Ono’s Junmai Daiginjo. Described as having a dry, silky profile with subtle notes of honeydew melon, lemon peel and white flowers, it has been selected to complement both the richness of the caviar and the clean flavours of the sushi.

“This menu represents our respect for Japanese culinary tradition whilst staying true to our luxury heritage,” said Chris Mehmet, managing director of Caviar House. “We’ve taken the time to understand the subtleties of sushi craft and sake appreciation, ensuring our offering meets the expectations of both Japanese cuisine enthusiasts and our discerning regular clientele.”
