Olympia London will welcome three new restaurants and bars – Wolves of Tokyo, Lillie’s and Bar Arriba – this June, as part of the £1.3 billion redevelopment of the 140-year-old West London landmark. The three venues will open beneath the site’s new rooftop, The Canopy, and form part of a wider programme of hospitality, cultural and entertainment launches taking place across the estate this summer.

Wolves of Tokyo is an 8,000 sq ft restaurant and rooftop cocktail bar inspired by Japanese noir cinema and contemporary Tokyo nightlife. The ground floor houses a large restaurant with counter seating, an open kitchen and a private dining room, while the upper level features a 200-capacity rooftop cocktail bar serving izakaya-style dishes and cocktails. The kitchen is led by head chef Sharon Patriciello, formerly of ROKA London and Clap London. The menu includes maki, sashimi, nigiri, kushiyaki, gyoza and donburi, alongside dishes such as Black Cod with Plum Miso, Chicken Donburi with Truffle and A5 Kagoshima Wagyu with Bone Marrow. The drinks list features cocktails such as a Sake Martini and a Shitake Old Fashioned, alongside premium sake and spirits. The private dining room seats 20 or 40 standing guests and also has karaoke facilities.

“At Wolves of Tokyo, everything starts with the produce,” explained Patriciello. “Japanese food culture has such respect for the flavour that quality seasonal ingredients, produce – something strongly shared by the rural Italian culinary culture I grew up with. Our menu is designed so every dish has purpose and nothing is wasted, and we want guests to feel that energy as soon as the food starts arriving at the table. Olympia offers the perfect stage for a concept of this scale, and we’re excited to share Wolves of Tokyo with the city.”

Lillie’s, a 100-cover rooftop wine bar and restaurant, will focus on English produce and sparkling wines. Named in reference to the vineyard and plant nursery that once occupied the site, the venue features a weather-proof terrace with retractable roof. Its drinks list highlights producers including Rathfinny, Nyetimber and Langham Wine Estate, alongside champagnes and still wines. The menu offers small plates such as Exmoor caviar, Carlingford oysters, Devon day-boat fish and Salt Marsh lamb cutlets, plus a British afternoon tea.

Meanwhile, Bar Arriba will serve Mexican-influenced dishes and agave-led cocktails. Open year-round, also with a retractable roof and heated terrace, it will host DJ sets from Thursday to Saturday. The menu includes achiote-marinated octopus tacos, Baja fish tacos, chipotle beef short rib and Pollo Borracho. On Saturdays, the venue will host Casa Arriba, a brunch offering featuring dishes such as Huevos Rancheros and Birria Brisket Crumpets.

The three openings will be followed on 16th June by the British Airways ARC live entertainment venue. Hyatt Regency London Olympia is scheduled to open on 6th July, with citizenM London Olympia following in early summer.
