Pasta Evangelists brings Amalfi Coast flavours to UK with summer restaurant campaign
Pasta Evangelists, the British-Italian pasta brand founded in 2016, is launching a nationwide campaign titled Summer in Amalfi across all its UK restaurants from 8th June 2026, running throughout the summer months. The initiative, inspired by the Costiera Amalfitana in southern Italy, introduces limited-edition menus, restaurant decor changes, and pasta-making classes at selected London and regional venues, aiming to reflect the cuisine and aesthetic of the Amalfi Coast for UK customers.
The campaign centres on a new menu presented on postcard-style cards referencing the region’s citrus groves. Featured dishes include the Lemon & Burrata Limoncini (£15), a handmade lemon-shaped pasta filled with burrata and citrus zest; Tagliatelle Al Limone (£15), a variation of the Roman classic made with hand-cut tonnarelli, aged Pecorino Romano, black pepper and Amalfi lemon zest, finished at the table; and Sorbetto al Limone (£8), a lemon sorbet served inside a hollowed Amalfi lemon.
On the drinks side, the company has introduced the Frozen Limoncello Spritz (£10), developed in partnership with Kocktail and made with limoncello, vodka and lemon syrup. The concoction will also be available for £5 during an Aperitivo Hour, held daily between 3pm and 5pm at participating restaurants.
Restaurants taking part in the campaign will feature seasonal design changes, including hand-painted lemon window displays, Amalfi-inspired tile artwork and citrus-themed tablescapes. At Harrods, where Pasta Evangelists operates in partnership with three-Michelin-starred chef Giancarlo Perbellini, an expanded version of the campaign will appear across both the restaurant and the dining hall, with exclusive menu items, ceramics, tiles and fresh lemon displays.
A Summer in Amalfi pasta-making masterclass will also launch from 5th June at selected venues, including locations in Farringdon, Chiswick, Greenwich, Guildford, New Oxford Street, Queensway, Richmond and Chelsea. The two-hour, chef-led sessions will teach participants to shape and fill lemon-shaped limoncini by hand, followed by a meal accompanied by Frozen Limoncello Spritzes or Prosecco. Antipasti will be served on arrival.
Pasta Evangelists, which first gained public attention after appearing on Dragon’s Den in 2018, currently operates restaurants in London, Guildford and Manchester Airport, and delivers pasta to 50 UK towns and cities. The company has been part of the Barilla Group since 2021.
