Bōkan 37 launches summer Saturday brunch with skyline views over Canary Wharf
Bōkan 37, the restaurant located on the 37th floor of the Novotel at 40 Marsh Wall in Canary Wharf, is running a three-course Saturday brunch throughout the summer. Served every week from 12.30pm, the offering combines a seasonal menu with views across the capital as well as optional bottomless drinks.
The menu has been created by executive chef Robert Manea and focuses on summer produce. Starters and mains include Organic Crispy Egg with smoked salmon and crème fraîche, Truffle Scrambled Eggs with wild mushrooms on sourdough, and Heritage Tomatoes with avocado salsa, omelette and feta. Among the more substantial options are the Bōkan Wagyu Burger and a Corn-Fed Chicken Caesar Salad, then for dessert there’s Chocolate Basque Cheesecake served with coconut sorbet and a Poached Pear Puff with ricotta cream and vanilla ice cream.
The brunch is intended to be a leisurely affair, with the impressive views adding extra class to the experience, alongside the food. Bōkan 37 has previously received two AA rosettes for culinary excellence and has been recognised at the Restaurant Bar and Design Awards in the category of Best Restaurant or Bar in a Hotel, as well as at the FAB Awards for Best Interiors.
The three-course brunch service is priced at £45 per person. Diners can add 90 minutes of bottomless prosecco, white wine or red wine for a further £19 per person.
