La Petite Maison to launch Le Café LPM at The Lanesborough in London
La Petite Maison, the hospitality group founded in London in 2007, will open Le Café LPM, its first standalone café concept, at The Lanesborough hotel at Hyde Park Corner this September. The café will operate as a year-long residency in the capital before the concept establishes a permanent home in Dubai later in 2026.
The opening marks the group’s first venture into a café format, extending its French Riviera theme into an all-day setting focused on coffee, pâtisserie and evening aperitifs. La Petite Maison currently operates nine restaurants internationally, in locations including Dubai, Miami and Hong Kong.
Le Café LPM reworks the style of the Côte d’Azur through a daytime café format centred on coffee, pastries and Riviera dining traditions, before shifting to an evening destination.
Located within The Lanesborough, the venue will feature a pâtisserie alongside an all-day menu. Daytime dishes include Burrata Tartine with tomatoes and basil, a Croque Monsieur with veal ham and Comté cheese, and Le Caesar Salad. Later in the day, the menu extends to Tuna Carpaccio with pickled almonds and truffle dressing, Grilled Octopus with paprika, potatoes and chickpeas, Crispy Fried Squid with saffron aioli, and Sirloin Steak Baguette with gaufrette potatoes, described as suited to aperitif hour and evening dining.
The menu is intended to change through the year, reflecting seasonality and London’s cultural calendar through a rotating series of pastries. Desserts comprise Crème Caramel and the group’s Dark Chocolate Mousse with sea salt.
Nicolas Budzynski, CEO of LPM Restaurant & Bar, said: “We are delighted to introduce the Le Café LPM pop-up at The Lanesborough in London, an iconic hotel that perfectly reflects the sophistication and elegance behind the concept. London holds a special place in our story as the city where La Petite Maison first began in 2007, making it the ideal setting to unveil this new chapter of the brand.
“Le Café LPM brings a fresher, more dynamic and community-driven interpretation of the French Riviera lifestyle, combining quality cuisine, warmth, and a more intimate neighbourhood feel within a luxury environment. We believe this collaboration offers the perfect platform to introduce Le Café LPM to a global audience from one of the world’s most influential hospitality capitals.”
The café’s aesthetic is bright and elegant, drawing on the style of Riviera cafés and pâtisseries. La Petite Maison’s restaurants use Mediterranean ingredients, and their dining rooms feature art and Belle Époque influences.
