Feel-good workout clothes
When January and February come upon us, more than half of us are found with the resolution of keeping fit, only to fall well and truly off the bandwagon come mid-February and claim to “start again next month”. We’ve all been there.
At The Upcoming, we think it’s really important that if you feel good about how you look and if you feel comfortable working out, then maybe, just maybe you may keep up the keeping fit.
If you know that going to the gym isn’t for you, but you want to get into running, walking or even working out at home, then why not invest in some good workout gear that is going to make you look good and feel good. Don’t feel obliged to set off on a walk wearing the tattiest bottoms you can find and a t-shirt that looked good only two decades ago. Instead, wear workout gear that is going to make you feel inspired to wear it every time you plan a session of exercise. From Fizzy Peach, we’d recommend the Germanium Vest which actually claims to help burn the calories whilst you wear it! The upper part of the vest is designed to support and push up, and the uneven material in the lower half of the vest helps to tighten the tummy and keep everything in. This is perfect if you’re feeling the pinch after Christmas, and need a bit of extra help around the middle.

This Under Armour top from ColdGear is a fantastic choice if you want to work out outside, or go for a run. It will keep you warm and wicks moisture away from the body. It also has anti-odour technology to keep your top fresher for longer. The fitted silhouette of this top creates an ultra feminine feel and the colour is a great way to give a pop of colour through your workout gear.

H&M also have a brilliant range of sportswear and workout gear and they are definitely a purse-friendly option. All of the range looks really great, but the two pieces that stand out the most are the sports tights (which are available in some great prints) and the sports bras (also in amazing prints), which are very easy on the bank balance, at just £9.99. They also look super stylish and keep you feeling on trend even when working out.
