Three Michelin-starred chefs from Peninsula Hotels in Paris, London and Istanbul are collaborating this year on a series titled Three Chefs, Three Feasts. An exclusive dinner is being held at each of their three restaurants, offering guests special menus to highlight the culinary traditions and flavours of their countries. David Bizet’s L’Oiseau Blanc kicked off the series in May, and next in the line-up is Claude Bosi’s event on 30th September at his Brookland’s restaurant in London. Fatih Tutak will conclude at Gallada, Istanbul on 22nd October.

The stage is set at each hotel’s rooftop venue, with panoramic views of their respective cities providing the backdrop. Over the course of the evening, guests will be served a six-course tasting experience, with the chef contributing two courses reflecting their personal culinary style and regional influences. Each menu is designed to showcase seasonal ingredients, with every offering intended to tell a story of memory, innovation and craftsmanship. Among those to be featured at Brooklands is Bosi’s Duck Jelly; Sea Garden was one of Bizet’s signature dishes at L’Oiseau Blanc, and Tutak’s Gallada dinner will showcase Manti from My Mum – a traditional Turkish dumpling dish inspired by his childhood.

According to organisers, the series aims to offer more than traditional tasting menus: diners will get a behind-the-scenes look at the decorated culinary experts and their teams in action, with transitions between courses marked by collaborative gestures symbolising their shared ethos.
