The collaboration is intended to offer a sweet complement to Chop Chop’s existing menu, which includes roast duck, dim sum, and Asian-inspired cocktails. The restaurant, which operates daily from 6pm to 4am, has received multiple accolades, including the Golden Future Award at The Golden Chopsticks Awards 2024 and a TripAdvisor Hidden Gems in the UK 2024 award.

Chop Chop, meanwhile, has built a reputation for its modern interpretation of Cantonese cuisine and is part of the wider Hippodrome Casino complex, which enforces an 18+ entry policy and requires valid photo identification for access.
