British restaurant chain Bill’s will launch a limited-edition menu in collaboration with viral chef Poppy O’Toole, known online as Poppy Cooks, across all 49 of its UK sites from 13th April to 8th June 2026. The partnership marks the first time O’Toole’s popular potato-based recipes will be available in restaurants, coinciding with Bill’s 25th anniversary celebrations.

O’Toole, who has gained a large social media following for her inventive potato dishes, has developed three exclusive menu items for the occasion. Diners can choose from Poppy’s Burger – a beef patty topped with crispy smashed potato, caramelised onions, cheese, and secret sauce in a linseed bun, served with seasoned tater tots; Poppy’s Loaded Tater Tots featuring golden tater tots with bacon, crumbled feta, chilli, and a hot maple drizzle; and Poppy’s Crispy Smash Potato Salad, which includes spiced garlic and herb smashed baby potatoes, pickled onions, and a sour cream and chive dressing.

The collaboration brings together Bill’s focus on comfort food and O’Toole’s signature potato creations, which have gained widespread attention online. Speaking about the partnership, O’Toole said: “Bill’s has been my go-to whenever I’m in town shopping with friends and fancy a quick bite. It’s always had that cosy, feel-good energy I love – the kind of place where the food feels comforting, homely and genuinely delicious. That’s completely my vibe, so working with Bill’s just made perfect sense.”

She added, “Usually my recipes live online, so this is the first time people can visit a restaurant and actually order something I’ve created. Seeing people sit down and enjoy one of my dishes in real life is surreal – a proper ‘I’ve made it’ moment.”

Tom James, Managing Director at Bill’s, commented: “Poppy’s love of potatoes, big flavour and proper comfort food makes her the perfect partner for Bill’s. These dishes are fun and full of personality – exactly the food our guests love to discover when they come through the door.”

The menu will also be accompanied by two new cocktails in partnership with Casamigos and Ron Santiago de Cuba: a Pineapple & Matcha Daiquiri and a Watermelon & Basil Margarita.

The launch follows a period of expansion for Bill’s, which recently opened its largest restaurant at Westfield Stratford City and announced a forthcoming location at Heathrow Airport.
