British burger chain Honest Burgers has announced its first collaboration with condiment brand Sauce Shop, introducing a limited-edition Maple Cajun BBQ Burger available across all its UK restaurants until 11th May 2026. The partnership centres on Sauce Shop’s recently launched Maple Cajun BBQ sauce, which forms the foundation of the new seasonal special designed to highlight the sweet and smoky flavours associated with Cajun cooking.

The burger features a combination of smoky bacon, melted American cheese, buttermilk fried onions, confit garlic mayo, crisp lettuce, and homemade pickles. The Maple Cajun BBQ Sauce itself blends maple sweetness with Cajun spices, smoked paprika, and hickory, for a rich BBQ depth, finished with black pepper heat. Customers can choose between three protein options – Classic Beef, Double Smashed Beef, or Honest Fried Chicken – with prices starting from £16.45.

Alongside the burger, Honest Burgers is also launching a limited-time side dish: Cajun BBQ Wings, comprising chicken wings coated in the Maple Cajun BBQ Sauce and topped with confit garlic mayo, crispy onions, and chives. Both the burger and wings will be available in all restaurants and through Uber Eats for the duration of the promotional period.

The collaboration will also feature on the menu at Honest Burgers’ newest site at Westfield Shepherd’s Bush, which is scheduled to open in early April 2026, making it one of the first offerings available to customers at the new location.

Emma Sherwood-Smith, Chief Commercial Officer at Honest Burgers here: “At Honest, we’re always looking to work with like‑minded brands who care as much about flavour, quality and doing things properly as we do. Sauce Shop felt like a natural partner, their bold, craft‑led approach to sauces perfectly complements how we build our burgers. The Maple Cajun BBQ Burger is all about big flavour done right, and we’re excited to bring something new to the menu this spring.”

Honest Burgers was co-founded by Tom Barton and Philip Eeles in Brighton in 2009, initially operating at a local food festival before opening a permanent restaurant in Brixton Market the following year, which remains open today. The company launched its own butchery in 2017, distinguishing itself as the only burger business in the UK to chop, rather than mince, its beef in-house – a method that should retain more flavours and produces a texture closer to steak. All sauces, pickles, relishes, and chips are made daily from scratch in the company’s dedicated kitchen, located adjacent to the butchery. The chain currently operates 45 restaurants across England and Wales, with locations in cities including London, Brighton, Bristol, Cambridge, Cardiff, Liverpool, Manchester, Reading, and Windsor.

Sauce Shop started in 2014 when Pam and James Digva began making sauces in their home kitchen in Nottingham. What began as a passion project has grown into one of the UK’s most decorated independent condiment brands, with over 35 Great Taste Awards. The company’s products are stocked widely across the UK, and this marks its first formal menu collaboration with Honest Burgers.
