House of Negroni to take over Brooklands Bar at The Peninsula London for September residency

House of Negroni, the drinks and lifestyle brand co-owned and led by Giancarlo Mancino, Ivan Suardi and Giorgio Vallesi, will make its UK debut in September with a month-long residency at Brooklands Bar at The Peninsula London in Belgravia. Running from 1st to 30th September 2026, the takeover forms part of the bar’s ongoing Bar Series, a programme of collaborations with international bars and bartenders.

The brand was founded by a group of friends with a shared interest in the Negroni, the Italian aperitivo made from gin, vermouth and bitters. Built around its canned Negronis, House of Negroni operates as a lifestyle platform spanning drinks, design, merchandise and hospitality, working with bars, hotels and cultural venues internationally.

For the residency, the Napier Railton – the private drinks lounge within Brooklands Bar – will be given over to a House of Negroni installation combining cocktails, food, design and retail.

Six original Negroni variations have been created for the menu, covering traditional, contemporary, low-alcohol and alcohol-free serves. The Negroni 1919 follows the original equal-parts recipe, using Mancino Vermouth Rosso Amaranto, Portofino Dry Gin and Carpano Botanic Bitter. The Rosé Negroni pairs Regal Rogue Wild Rosé Australian Aperitif with Sipsmith London Dry Gin and Rinomato Bitter Scuro for a floral profile.

The Brooklands Negroni has been made exclusively for the residency, combining Mancino Kopi Vermouth, Regal Rogue Lively White Australian Aperitif, Brooklands Gin and Rinomato L’Aperitivo Deciso, with orange and coffee notes. The Bianco is a dry, low-ABV serve blending Strucchi Bitter Bianco, Strucchi Dry, Rinomato Americano Bianco and Sipsmith London Dry Gin. First Slice draws on festive flavours, with Carpano Antica Formula, Lazzaroni Panettone and Bitter Brandy Tutti Frutti producing panettone and tutti frutti notes. The alcohol-free Oggi No! uses Everleaf Forest, Everleaf Mountain, Sipsmith FreeGlider and Sanbittèr.

Two canned serves will also be available: the HON Canned Negroni and the non-alcoholic HON Canned Nogroni. House of Negroni products will go on sale at selected UK retailers from 1st September 2026.

Brooklands Bar will run a limited-edition food menu of pizzettes alongside the drinks, including the Pesto Verde with basil pesto, caramelised macadamia and buffalo mozzarella; a vegan Puttanesca with tomato, black olive, capers, chilli, lemon and parsley; Bresaola and Rocket with beef bresaola, rocket and feta; and an Anchovy version with artichoke and buffalo mozzarella. A pop-up House of Negroni shop will sell branded apparel, hats, accessories and other items.

The residency precedes the opening of the brand’s first permanent site, the House of Negroni Rooftop Bar at the newly opened Falkensteiner Hotel in Salò, on Lake Garda, later in September.

The Bar Series continues on 15th September with a further takeover at Brooklands Bar, details of which have yet to be announced. The bar sits within The Peninsula London, a 190-room hotel at Hyde Park Corner whose rooms and suites were designed by Peter Marino, and which also houses the two-Michelin-starred Brooklands by Claude Bosi and the Cantonese restaurant Canton Blue.
