Bombolone Doughnuts launches Biscoff range and autumn drinks menu at Whitcomb Street café
London bakery Bombolone Doughnuts has launched a Biscoff collection and a new autumn drinks menu at its café on Whitcomb Street, a short walk from Trafalgar Square. The four-treat range is built around the caramelised biscuit spread and runs alongside a seasonal line-up of hot drinks introduced as the weather turns colder.
The star of the collection is the Biscoff Dream, priced at £4.90. It uses the café’s Italian-style filled brioche doughnut, packed with Biscoff spread and Italian mascarpone cream, then finished with a caramel glaze and biscuit crumbs. Then there’s a Biscoff Cheesecake (£5.50), served in a jar, with the spread and cream cheese stacked between layers of biscuit. Two drinks complete the range: a Biscoff Latte (£6.50) and a Biscoff Hot Chocolate (£6).
The separate autumn drinks menu combines seasonal options with Italian-inspired coffee-shop staples. A Salted Caramel Latte and a Pumpkin Spice Latte headline, with a luxurious hot chocolate made with 72% cacao and a hot matcha latte completing the set. Chai lattes are available at £5.20 and come in three versions: clean, dirty (with a shot of espresso) or flavoured. The menu also features fresh house-made teas: fresh mint or lemon and ginger.
Bombolone opened in 2025 and specialises in bomboloni, the cream-filled doughnuts from Tuscany. They’re made fresh from 4am each morning using slow-proved Italian brioche dough, which gives them a softer texture than conventional ring doughnuts, and each one is then filled by hand. Fillings on the regular menu include vanilla, mascarpone, pistachio cream and chocolate – and this year, the Vanillissimo bombolone received a two-star Great Taste Award.
