Sushi master Endo Kazutoshi to collaborate with Humo for an exclusive dinner

Mayfair’s Humo has announced a special dinner on Saturday 16th September, featuring sushi master Endo Kazutoshi. The heart of the event is a 16-course tasting menu, whose details remain a closely guarded secret until the day. Each course will find its match in a curated selection of wines, sake and cocktails, under the supervision of Humo’s sommelier Merlin Ramos.

Kazutoshi, best known for securing a Michelin star just six months after opening Endo at the Rotunda in 2019, is often heralded as one of the finest sushi chefs working in Europe. For this one-off event, he collaborates with Humo’s very own Miller Prada and Giacomo Tranquilli. Both chefs bring their own pedigrees to the table: Prada, born in Colombia, trained at Endo at the Rotunda, climbing to the position of head chef; Tranquilli, hailing from the Sabina region of Lazio, honed his skills in Michelin-starred kitchens throughout Italy. His most recent accolade was earned alongside Luca Piscazzi at London’s La Dame de Pic.

Diners will experience the special menu at Abajo, Humo’s intimate ten-seat chef’s table section. The design of this space by Afroditi studio echoes Humo’s core ethos, focusing on ancestral cooking techniques. With two seating options at 6pm and 9pm, guests will be treated to the spectacle of seeing the chefs preparing dishes using a bespoke induction worktop.
