Aqua Kyoto and Everleaf unveil Sakura-inspired menu and installation

In a vibrant celebration of Japanese cherry blossom season, Aqua Kyoto, located on Regent Street, has teamed up with Everleaf, the creators of the award-winning non-alcoholic aperitif. Together, they unveil a limited edition menu that pays homage to the Sakura season, available to patrons until the end of April. The experience is complemented by an exquisite installation, transforming the ambiance of Aqua Spirit with the breathtaking beauty of cherry blossoms.

The collaboration introduces guests to an array of non-alcoholic cocktails, crafted in order to encapsulate the essence of Sakura. Among the offerings are the Sour Cherry Sour, Sakura & Lychee Highball, and Blossom Paloma Spritz, each priced at £10. For those preferring their drinks with a touch of spirits, an alcoholic version is available for £16. The bespoke cocktails are infused with Everleaf Mountain, a non-alcoholic aperitif celebrated for its complex blend of sustainably sourced botanicals, including the rare Sakura extract obtained from cherry blossoms hand-picked in Japan’s Shizuoka region.

Pairing with the drinks menu, Aqua Kyoto’s chefs have curated a selection of exclusive dishes that beautifully incorporate Everleaf’s Sakura extract. Highlights include the Tuna, Snow Crab, Scallop, Avocado & Sakura Crystal Oshizushi, Australian Wagyu Sirloin with golden baby beetroots, Sakurazuke pickles, and Cherry Teriyaki sauce, and Sakura Blossom Tree, a visually impressive dessert featuring Cherry Panna Cotta and Yuzu Sorbet.

Aqua Kyoto, situated on the fifth floor of the iconic former Dickins & Jones building, is renowned for its innovative Japanese cuisine and breathtaking views of London’s skyline. The restaurant offers a serene and elegant setting to indulge in seasonal menus.

The partnership between Aqua Kyoto and Everleaf not only celebrates the arrival of spring but also highlights a shared commitment to sustainability. Everleaf, since its launch in 2019, has been dedicated to crafting non-alcoholic beverages that reflect the beauty of the natural world. Achieving B-Corp status in 2023, it has been recognized for its sustainable practices and contribution to the preservation of the environment.
