This evening xXx: Return of Xander Cage had its European premiere at the O2 London. The third film in the xXx franchise, it sees the return of Vin Diesel as Xander, the reluctant spy come all-round fighting machine.

We caught up with the cast and director, speaking to Vin Diesel – as the actor himself was broadcasting live on Facebook – about what his famous characters have in common and about what makes Xander different.

We also spoke to Deepika Padukone, the latest Bollywood legend, about what filming her first Hollywood feature was like and about how much testosterone was flying around on set.

Director DJ Caruso spoke about what he wanted to bring to xXx and answered the contentious question of who worked out most on set.

We also spoke to martial arts pro Tony Jaa, who showed us some moves, and to UFC wrestling champion Michael Bisping about the difficulties of performing a fight as opposed to actually fighting someone – his forte.
