Two trends in one and super easy to make. We love this recipe for a yummy Saturday treat.

Microwave Marshmallow Peanut Butter Fudge

Serves: 6-8 (or one greedy so-and-so)
Prep time: 2 minutes
Chill time: 2 hours

What you will need:

2 cups of granulated sugar
80g dark chocolate chips
3tbs skimmed milk powder
3tbs golden syrup
50g unsalted butter
150g marshmallows
80g roasted unsalted peanuts

What you need to do:

Nice a simple – place all of the ingredients into a microwavable bowl and in the microwave on high for 2 minutes. When melted give it a good mix and place it in an appropriate tub to chill for about 2 hours. When chilled and set, cut into cubes or slices and enjoy.
