Eric Vildgaard to cook with Julien Royer at Odette on 17 and 18 October

Julien Royer’s three-star restaurant Odette in Singapore is set to host two collaboration dinners with Danish chef Eric Vildgaard from Jordnær on 17th and 18th October. This collaboration follows Vildgaard’s recent tour in major US cities.

Odette, voted the best restaurant in Singapore by Asia’s 50 Best academy, will blend its French cuisine with the Nordic flavours of one of Denmark’s most exciting spots, Jordnær. Since opening its doors in 2017, it has rapidly gained international acclaim, securing two Michelin stars within three years and earning a spot on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants List in 2022.

Jordnær is celebrated for its harmonious blend of Nordic, French and Asian ingredients. Their reputation is further enhanced by dishes such as langoustines with yuzu kosho and sea buckthorn, and scallops paired with white currants and rose. A testament to the restaurant’s dedication is its recovery from a devastating fire earlier this year.

At the heart of Jordnær’s success is the partnership between Eric and Tina Kragh Vildgaard, whose shared passion is evident in every aspect of the dining experience. This October, Singapore will get a taste of their culinary love story.
