The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017: A chat with the top chefs of the winning restaurants

Last night in Melbourne the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list 2017 was revealed at the Royal Exhibition building. New York restaurant Eleven Madison Park took the top spot for the first time and British chefs proudly scored three entries in the 50 with The Clove Club (26^th), The Ledbury (27^th) and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal (36^th).
