Studio Paskin celebrates decade of The Palomar with special dining event

Studio Paskin will mark the 10th anniversary of its London restaurant The Palomar with a one-night-only dining event on Thursday 9th October. The celebration will take place at both The Palomar and its Michelin-starred sister venue, Evelyn’s Table, located on Rupert Street in Soho. The event also coincides with two other milestones for the hospitality group: the launch of The Palomar Sydney, its first international venture, and the 30th anniversary of its former nightclub, The End.
The Palomar’s Head Chef Dan Murray, and Development Chef Ella Gibbons will prepare a special à la carte menu for the evening. The dishes will reflect the restaurant’s signature culinary influences from Southern Spain, North Africa, and the Levant, while also incorporating elements inspired by the upcoming Sydney location.
Just a few doors down, Evelyn’s Table will also participate in the celebration with a one-off menu curated by Head Chef Seamus Sam. The intimate basement restaurant, whose cuisine is characterised by a refined approach and use of seasonal British ingredients, will offer a menu that pays homage to The Palomar while maintaining its own culinary identity. Dishes on the night will include Lamb Shawarma Consommé with Wild Rose, Cornish Bluefin Tuna with Aubergine, Red Pepper and Brown Butter, and a Fig, Pistachio and Honey Mille-Feuille.
“This October feels particularly special for us. Ten years of The Palomar in London, the opening of The Palomar Sydney, and 30 years of The End – these milestones are not just markers of time, but moments to pause and reflect on the people and creativity that have shaped each chapter. Thursday 9 October will be the perfect opportunity to thank our friends, family and loyal regulars from across the decade,” said Studio Paskin co-founder Zoë Paskin.
Following the culinary celebrations, Studio Paskin will continue to mark its milestones with a weekend of events at KOKO Electronic, honouring 30 years since the founding of its former club, The End, with a programme dedicated to electronic music and its legacy.
