Turkey’s Cullinan Belek resort unveils Moët & Chandon bar on Mediterranean coast
Five-star resort Cullinan Belek, near Antalya on Turkey’s Mediterranean coast, has opened a dedicated Moët & Chandon Bar this month, adding a champagne-focused destination to its existing collection of restaurants and bars.
The open-air space, developed in partnership with the French champagne house, reflects Moët & Chandon’s visual identity and heritage, rather than being adapted from an existing concept at the location. It features white pergolas, red sculptural details and illuminated drinks displays among palm trees with views of the sea. Each day between 4.30 and 6pm, during what the team has dubbed Aperitif Hour, guests of the resort are offered complimentary champagne. The partnership reflects a trend in luxury travel for selecting destinations according to the calibre of their culinary offering, wine and champagne programming.
Cullinan Belek sits on a long stretch of private beach on the Turkish Riviera, with modern architectural features and landscaped grounds. The all-inclusive accommodation includes swim-up suites, lagoon-facing rooms and private villas, along with overwater piers built from iroko wood. There are multiple restaurants and an 8,000-square-metre spa with design drawn from traditional Turkish bathing and wellness practices.
The resort explains the collaboration with Moët & Chandon illustrates a rare alignment of “two institutions defined by discerning standards and unwavering commitment to excellence”, adding that both share “a philosophy rooted in authenticity and craftsmanship, and the belief that true luxury lies in creating meaningful experiences for guests who understand the difference”.
