Bayte Supper Club at Petersham House adds extra date after high demand

An extra date has been added to the Bayte Supper Club series at Petersham House in Richmond, after an “overwhelming response” to the release of their first two dates. Organised by Ruby Boglione and Silvy Pilkington, the supper club will now also take place on Saturday 28th February, at the venue off Church Lane.

Bayte, co-owned by Pilkington and Boglione (who also grew up at Petersham House), is a restaurant based in St Leonards on Sea, now bringing their neighbourhood-style fare to a new London audience. Their offering focuses on modern European cuisine shaped by their experience in St Leonards on Sea and enriched by Italian traditions. Their host, Petersham House, is celebrated for its elegant setting, providing an intimate backdrop for the supper club.

The Bayte’s kitchen team will be preparing the food, with a selection influenced by global flavours and Italian culinary traditions, accompanied by wines chosen to complement each course. The organisers have encouraged those interested to secure their spots as soon as possible, given the popularity of the previous dates.
