Mindful Chef launches touring smoothie bar for healthy blends in London and Tunbridge Wells this January

Mindful Chef, the UK-based recipe box company, is launching its first-ever pop-up smoothie bar, which will tour six London locations and Tunbridge Wells this January. The initiative aims to provide commuters and residents with a convenient option for healthy and filling drinks during what is often described as the post-festive slump. The pop-up will offer a menu of functional smoothies, with prices starting at £5.90 and free samples available for those wishing to try before purchasing.

The travelling bar will visit a series of high-footfall areas, beginning at Malaysia Square at Battersea Power Station on 9th January. It will then move to The Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells (10th to 11th January), and back to London for Wimbledon Piazza (12th January), Richmond Town Centre (13th to 14th January), Finsbury Avenue Square near Liverpool Street (15th January), Angel Square in Islington (17th to 18th January) and finally Cardinal Place, Victoria (19th January). Visitors to the pop-up will also have the opportunity to enter a competition for a chance to win a bundle of healthy prizes via QR codes printed on the cups.

Mindful Chef’s drinks menu features blends designed to support various aspects of a healthy lifestyle. Options include Peanut Butter Protein (made with banana, dates, pea protein and peanut butter blended with oat milk), Blue Spirulina (which combines tropical fruits with antioxidant-rich blue spirulina) and Get The Glow (a mixture of mango, pineapple, kale, avocado, vegan protein and sunflower seeds). Other offerings are Major Mango Power, which includes ashwagandha for energy support, and Berry Gut-Boosting, a blend of berries, chia seeds and fermented soya aimed at digestive health. Each smoothie is made with whole ingredients, contains no refined sugars and is formulated to provide vitamins and nutrients. According to the company, the blends are intended to help support digestive health, energy levels and stress management.

Mindful Chef was founded in 2015 by Giles, Myles and Rob, three school friends from Devon. The company also offers nutritionally balanced, gluten-free and palm oil-free meal kits for home delivery across the UK and Northern Ireland, and according to Trustpilot is currently the UK’s highest-rated recipe box provider.
