Italian restaurant Gloria Shoreditch are reintroducing their signature Ten-Level Lasagna from 1st to 28th February 2026. The dish, which has become a favourite among regulars since the venue opened, will be available exclusively at the Shoreditch location – and for every portion sold, Gloria will donate £1 to The Felix Project.

The Ten-Level Lasagna, described by the restaurant as “one of Gloria’s most loved and indulgent dishes,” features layers of homemade pasta, traditional ragù alla Bolognese, béchamel, Parmigiano and mozzarella fior di latte. Its return coincides with Gloria’s seventh year in operation, as well as the tenth anniversary of Big Mamma, the restaurant group behind several Italian eateries across Europe.

The Felix Project, the beneficiary of the lasagna sales, is a London-based charity tackling food waste and hunger by rescuing surplus food and redistributing it to charities and schools across the city. In recent years, food insecurity has become an increasing concern in the capital, with organisations like The Felix Project playing a crucial role in supporting vulnerable communities.

Gloria Shoreditch, located on Great Eastern Street, has built a reputation for extravagant Italian fare and a vibrant atmosphere since opening in 2017. The restaurant’s lasagna has previously attracted attention for its generous portion size and elaborate presentation – but this version offers another level of decadence.

A spokesperson for the restaurant stated: “Diners will be able to once again indulge in one of Gloria’s most loved and indulgent dishes in celebration of Gloria’s seventh anniversary and of course, ten years of Big Mamma!” The restaurant hopes the initiative will not only offer a nostalgic favourite to its customers but also contribute to a wider social cause.
