Sprout cocktail bar brings seasonal Valentine’s specials to Earl’s Court

A newly opened cocktail bar in Earl’s Court, Sprout will be marking its first Valentine’s season this February with a menu of seasonal cocktails and curated snacks. Located within the Templeton Garden hotel, the intimate venue aims to provide a distinctive experience for couples and groups alike.

Sprout is part of the Miiro Hotels group, a recently launched lifestyle hotel brand with locations across Europe, including Paris, Barcelona, Switzerland and Vienna. Tha bar is the creation of Will Meredith, Ellie Camm of Daisy Age Drinks and bar manager Dominic Royle, who have focused on creating what they describe as a “quietly luxurious” atmosphere, featuring low lighting and secluded seating areas. The February offerings will include a selection of drinks designed for the romantic occasion, each incorporating a mix of spirits and seasonal ingredients and priced at £12.

The special cocktail menu features the Love Potion, which combines butterfly pea flower tincture, Beefeater gin, citrus, orange curaçao, rosemary and thyme, resulting in a colour-changing libation. Kiss from a Rose features tea rose cordial, rhubarb vodka, citrus and sparkling wine, while Midnight Kiss blends Brugal 1988 rum, Ozone coffee, coffee liqueur and white chocolate liqueur. To accompany the drinks, Sprout is offering a selection of snacks, including Maldon oysters with shallot vinegar, crispy chicken wings with King’s caviar and spiced shrimp crumpets.

Speaking about the concept behind the new venue, co-founder Meredith said: “We wanted to create a bar that feels special and a destination in itself. From the artwork, to the low lighting and most comfortable seating, Sprout is made to feel like you have arrived at an oasis. The drinks had to match the intimate atmosphere, and so our seasonally driven cocktails blend the familiar with the unusual. Through these considered elements and our innovative serves, we hope to create that wow moment for our guests, whatever the occasion.”

Sprout is open daily from 12:00 to 23:00, and while bookings are advised, walk-ins are also welcome.
