Crust Bros and Mildreds team up for limited-edition vegan pizza inspired by signature burrito for Veganuary

Two established London restaurant groups, Crust Bros and Mildreds, have announced a collaborative vegan pizza, available for a limited time from 5th January to 9th February at all Crust Bros locations across the city in honour of Veganuary.
The collaboration sees Crust Bros reinterpret one of Mildreds’ most recognisable dishes – their signature burrito – by translating its flavours into a Neapolitan-style pizza. The burrito inspiration, a mainstay of the restaurant’s menu for over three decades, is regarded as having played a significant role in shaping London’s contemporary plant-based dining scene. Its pizza incarnation features a chipotle and San Marzano tomato sauce, vegan mozzarella, spiced vegan chorizo, and charred sweetcorn, finished with avocado cream and a pico de gallo. A spokesperson for the collaboration described the new pie as “a celebration of flavour, heritage and innovation, proving that vegan food can be just as crave-worthy and comforting as the classics it’s inspired by.”
Crust Bros, a two-time National Pizza Award winner, is known for its customisable Neapolitan pizzas and recently opened its largest site in Covent Garden. The brand has established itself as a popular destination for pizza enthusiasts in London, with a focus on freshly made dough and a menu that blends creativity and authenticity. Meanwhile, co-conspirator Mildreds, founded in Soho in 1988, has evolved from a vegetarian eatery to a fully plant-based restaurant group, now operating locations in Covent Garden, Camden Town, Canary Wharf, Kings Cross and Victoria. They are recognised for globally inspired vegan cuisine and a longstanding presence in London’s hospitality scene.
The special pizza will be served at all Crust Bros branches across London, and is available for eat-in customers only.
