Pavyllon London to debut city’s first Michelin-starred breakfast tasting menu in Park Lane

Pavyllon London, the restaurant located at the Four Seasons Hotel, Park Lane, will introduce what it claims is the capital’s first-ever Michelin-starred breakfast tasting menu this month. The new five-course offering will be available from next week, served exclusively at weekends at the kitchen counter. The move comes as breakfast continues to grow in popularity as a dining occasion in the UK, with recent data from Kantar indicating a 13.7% surge in early outings.

The selection, priced at £70 per person, has been developed by executive chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell, working under the guidance of acclaimed French expert Yannick Alléno. Alléno is one of the world’s most decorated chefs, holding 17 Michelin stars across 21 restaurants internationally. Pavyllon London itself was awarded a star in February 2024, just six months after opening.

The five-course experience begins with a bespoke amuse-juice and a bakery creation from executive pastry chef Francesco Mannino. Diners then choose between a delicately spiced chai pudding with mango or granola with berries. The main course offers a choice between the Weekly Chef’s Special – a rotating dish which has previously included items such as pan-fried pizza with tomato and burrata (Heart of Italy), Turkish Eggs and Tiramisu Pancakes – or a classic Eggs Royale with Caviar Oscietra added for £5 per gram. The meal concludes with French Toast served family-style, and guests are presented with a parting gift of Les Chocolats de Yannick Alléno, a chocolate made with birch bark extract. The offering includes a tea or coffee, and vegetarian and vegan versions are available. An optional drinks pairing, featuring juices, teas and mocktails, is offered for an additional £20.

Pavyllon London is the first UK establishment from Yannick Alléno, who is known for his reinterpretation of modern French cuisine using seasonal ingredients and contemporary techniques. In March 2024, Alléno received the Michelin Chef Mentor Award, and in July 2025, he was recognised with the International Outstanding Achievement Award at The Cateys.

The tasting menu will be served on Saturdays from 6.30am and Sundays from 7am until 10.30am, and is available only at the 30-seat kitchen counter, designed to place guests at the centre of the action.
